These Super Simple Cake Mix Sugar Cookies are quick and easy to make, using just a few ingredients. They are soft, chewy, and have the perfect balance of sweetness.

Ingredients:

• 1 box of yellow cake mix
• 2 large eggs
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil

Mix until well combined and a dough forms

Place the granulated sugar in a small bowl

Take small portions of the cookie dough and roll them into 1-inch balls

Roll each dough ball in the granulated sugar until coated

Place the sugar-coated dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between them

Using the bottom of a glass or your fingers, gently flatten each dough ball

Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden
