Summer Shack's Pan Roasted Lobster



Experience the succulent flavor of fresh lobster enhanced with garlic-infused butter, roasted to perfection. Summer Shack's Pan Roasted Lobster is a delightful seafood dish that captures the essence of summer in every bite.

Ingredients:

  • 2 live lobsters 1 1/4 pounds each
  • 1/4 cup clarified butter
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Turn on your oven and heat it up to 425F 220C

As the water boils, add salt to a large pot

Put the live lobsters in the pot and cook for five minutes

Take the lobsters out of the pot and give them a little time to cool down

Cut the lobsters in half lengthwise with a sharp knife

If you want to, take out the tomalley and throw it away

Toast the butter and melt it in a small saucepan over medium-low heat

Add the minced garlic and cook for about one minute, until the garlic smells good

Add the white wine and cook for one more minute

Put the lobster halves in a large oven-safe skillet with the shell side down

The garlic butter mixture should be used to brush on the lobster meat

To taste, add salt and pepper

Place the lobster meat in an oven that has already been heated

Roast for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the meat is clear and fully cooked

After taking it out of the oven, sprinkle it with chopped parsley
