These Champignons met Boursin that have been air-fried are a tasty and easy snack or appetizer. They are a hit at any event because the earthy mushrooms go well with the creamy Boursin cheese filling.
Ingredients:
- 16 large white mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Boursin cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions:
Take the stems off of the mushrooms and clean them
Put the basil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them together
Fill the mushroom caps with the Boursin cheese mix
Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 180F 350C
Use a little olive oil spray to grease the air fryer basket
Stack the stuffed mushrooms one on top of the other in the air fryer basket
Put it in the oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and the mushrooms are soft
Serve hot, and if you want, top with extra parsley
